| Quantity Surveyor/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - East Sussex Contractor
A Quantity Surveyor or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with good pre-contract experience is required by my client to work form their East Sussex office. The successful Quantity Surveyor or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be joining the design and build team.
Location:
East Sussex
Remuneration:
£35,000 - £45,000 per Annum plus benefits

Requirements:
" BSc in Quantity Surveying or related subject or currently studying
" Contractor/Consultancy background
" Quantity surveying background in construction
" Ideally2/3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
The Job:
A quantity surveyor or intermediate quantity surveyor with good pre-contract experience dealing with pre-tender work is required by my client to work for a range of construction projects valued up to £15million.
The successful Quantity Surveyor or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be joining the design and build team and will be based from my client's offices in East Sussex. You will be dealing mainly with traditional quantity surveying duties including measuring and taking offs.
There is good scope for development within this company and they can sponsor people through their APC/CIOB to become chartered.
Synopsis:
This opportunity would suit a quantity surveyor or intermediate quantity surveyor with good contractor or consultancy experience looking to gain industry experience working for one of the largest main contractors in the UK.
