| Quantity Surveyor/Experienced Quantity Surveyor
Location:
London (Central)
Salary for quantity surveyor or experienced quantity surveyor:
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Premier Benefits Package
The Role:
This leading consultancy now has an opening for an MRICS quantity surveyor to join their team. You will work on private and public sector buildings both new build and refurbishment.
This prestigious role is for a quantity surveyor with at least 2 years post qualification experience working for a consultancy on commercial and private sector work. Ideally you will have experience working on large projects. You will need to have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
The Client:
Established for nearly a century my client is one of the world's leading construction cost consultant practices.
My client provides Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for blue chip clients in property development, education and health care.
They are currently looking for a chartered quantity surveyor to be based from their offices in central London.
As a company they cover both Civils and Construction and are involved in Rail, Aviation, Highways and many of the UK's largest and most prestigious construction projects.
