| Senior Quantity Surveyor / Chartered Quantity Surveyor - Central London / London City
An experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to be based from my clients office in Central London. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working for a multi-disciplinary, multi-national consultancy.

Remuneration for the Quantity Surveyor
Up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience

The Role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on wide range of construction projects, potentially ranging into the £100 millions. Projects will be both new build and refurbishment, and will range across various sectors including commercial, education, leisure, retail, residential, health and other prestigious works.

My client is one of the largest and most diverse property and infrastructure consultancies in the UK with over 40 offices, employing over 3000 people in a range of professions.
As a well respected, professional and fast growing business they have a reputation of recruiting only exceptional staff for its company. Due to recent business won and continued expansion, they are now seeking a quantity surveyor to join their construction team.
Requirements
A proven track record of relevant quantity surveying experience
A BSc in Quantity Surveying / equivalent relevant qualification is desirable but not essential
Consultancy background is preferable
