Location: London city
Salary:
Up to £50,000 depending on experience + Benefits including company car/allowance
Career progression:
The company have recently promoted two employees to Partner status and are keen to fast track at least two surveyors to associate level within six months of joining.

Developing from its founding in 1978 as a Chartered Quantity Surveying practice, my client now provide consultancy services which span the full spectrum of the construction industry - including the following:
Quantity Surveying
Cost Engineering
Project Management
Planning Supervisor

Expert Witness
Their experiences in the UK is diverse and wide-ranging, and have a growing reputation for technical expertise has enabled them to work on many projects abroad, where they are able to provide real added value to their clients.
The sectors they cover include Life Sciences, Leisure, Commercial, and Housing.
The Role:
My clients continued growth has seen them recently recruit a couple of quantity surveyors to join their Residential team and they are keen to add a couple more quantity surveyors / Senior Quantity Surveyors to their team of 15.
The majority of work is to work on housing projects worth from £5 to £25m - on design & build and new build projects. The majority of their work is with in the M25 however the position is office based in the city. The work will be a mixture of Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying from pre to post contract.
The Person:
The candidate will need to have at least four years experience working for a PQS/consultancy and have the ability to run building projects from pre to post contract. Housing experience is not necessary. You will need to have recently become chartered or on your way to becoming chartered.
