	My client is a leading multi-disciplined Engineering Practice employing over 600 people. Continual expansion has created the following position for an enthusiastic CAD Technician in our Kent office. Your key responsibilities will include: CAD design and support to Senior Engineers progressing infrastructure design Manage drawing register and issue sheets Co-ordination of drawing approvals for QMS Interface with local highways authorities on design issues Ability to resolve highway related design issues and advise Senior Staff of implications Develop into managing junior CAD technicians You will have the opportunity to get involved with various projects including: Springhead and Ebbsfleet at Kent Thameside Medway Valley Park Phase III Bishops Ramsey You will be fully conversant with the latest versions of Auto CAD, having infrastructure, primarily highways, related CAD design experience on S38/S278 type schemes. Knowledge of Autotrack and Autosign are essential for the role, as is a minimum qualification at HNC level or equivalent.
