| An outstanding salary package is now on offer for a new mechanical building services contracts manager to lead a high-profile project - value 1.5 million. The company still has a small management team of seven; however, they will recruit a further 4 contracts managers over the next 3 years to manage the demand of increasing turnover of work secured and planned for. This vacancy is considered to be a ladder to an operational role/associate directorship within 3 years. With an order book of work secured for 2008 in excess of 7 million there is one more place at this stage for a new contracts manager to enjoy the early bonuses of the start of this growth.
