| Our client is an established M&E building services company, which started as a family business fifty years ago. They currently have an excellent opportunity for an M&E site-supervisor, site-manager to truly establish themselves. With a longstanding client base, the past six years has seen the company change direction and began carrying out contracts across all aspects of electrical and mechanical building services with excellent customer satisfaction. The company is currently looking to take on an assistant contracts manager as over last 18 months demand for commercial installation projects has doubled. The Role Run smaller projects unassisted When proficient the assistant will attend site meetings and gradually take on greater responsibility on larger projects 500K - 1.5 million Learn to estimate using company software The Person Fully qualified electrical or mechanical engineer Experienced in site supervision/management Experience of working for a similar M&E company contracting on projects 500K to 1.5 million Points of Attraction for the Role Company is growing year-on-year increasing demand for existing staff to take on higher management positions Working on an exciting commercial project recently won Excellent basic salary, and bonus scheme HumRes is a specialist recruitment consultancy with an extremely successful M&E building services division.
