	The opportunity: One of our clients is engaged in a number of residential projects including extra care and supported housing schemes throughout the country and are seeking a construction professional with a proven track record to join a team at the Head Office in Orpimgton and reporting to the Group Leader and Partner.This represents a good opportunity to join a well-established and forward thinking Practice with excellent career prospects. The role: A Senior Surveyor (QS or BS)/Project Manager preferably qualified but part qualified considered, capable of working within a Group and acting on his/her own initiative but under the overall supervision of the Group Leader. The role will include project co-ordination and contract administration, together with the necessary Client liaison at that level, and will involve projects ranging from small housing schemes to regeneration projects, including demolition, housing for sale and rent, commercial retail, sports facilities, refurbishment and supported housing. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and be familiar with the social and/or private housing sector, Design and Build-New Build projects and refurbishment. Knowledge of MS Project together with Word, Excel and Outlook would be an advantage.
