| Expanding Irish owned multi-disciplined design consultancy currently has a vacancy for an experienced Senior Civil / Structural Engineer working in their Irish Office but managing their projects in Poland. This organisation offers a wide variety of specialisations and skills in various fields. With a number of new structural projects coming on stream our client is eager to appoint an experienced individual who can offer structural knowledge and good business acumen, to compliment the current team. Experience / Qualifications: *The successful individual will have the following: *Degree qualified (Civil / Structural) *Ideally 8+ years design experience *Previous management experience essential *Excellent communication and presentation skills *Good knowledge of current project/contractual procurement methods *Ideally you will be fluent in Polish and experience working in Poland. Duties of the role will include: *Undertaking the design of structures in concrete, steel, masonry and timber. *Manage and mentor junior team member. *Make client presentations and attend management meetings. *Contributing to management decisions in conjunction with the company Director. | ||
