| Job Description Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, Senior Site Manager Our Client Our Client specialises in Fit-Out and Refurbishment in many sectors ranging from Hotels, Offices, Casinos, Restaurants, Bespoke Retail Store Fitting, Department Stores, Multiple Retail Roll Out Programmes, Shopping Centres, Airports, Banking, Museums, Public Entertainment Facilities, Hospitals, Care Homes, Luxury Residential, Public & Government Buildings. They have an excellent reputation in the industry and their managers are people with pure fit-out and refurbishment experience. The Role - Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, Senior Site Manager The role & opportunity They are currently looking to recruit Site Managers who have experience in Hotel, Leisure and or Residential Fit-Out due to winning major tenders. Your responsibilities will incorporate all aspects of site management as well as overseeing all site activities. You will be expected to set and maintain high standards of quality on all projects and maintain high levels of communication with clients, suppliers and fellow employees. You must be organised, self-motivated and pro-active, a good team player is essential. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years experience in site management and come from a Fit-Out background. The Right Individual * Extensive site management capabilities are essential. * Stable and proven track record. * Good ability to communicate at all levels, from clients trough to site management and operatives. * Organised, self-motivated and pro-active. * You will ideally be educated to degree level in a relevant building discipline or worked up through the tools with a minimum of 5 years experience and be able to demonstrable the ability to deliver successful projects.
