| CDM Coordinator - Variety of projects - Bournemouth - Excellent benefits
A CDM Coordinator is required to join a prestigious consultancy based in the Bournemouth area to work on a variety of projects
Salary for the CDM Coordinator:
£47,000 - £50,000 per annum basic (negotiable)
Benefits:

The client:
My client is an independent construction consultancy practice formed in 1970. They specialise in providing expert, informed and innovative advice that covers all types of construction projects from, offices, private housing, social housing, retail, industrial, leisure, education to health. They have built up a comprehensive list of clients over the years including blue chip companies, and also local government and authorities.
The role:
The successful CDM Coordinator will be involved in a variety of projects valued up to £60million. Projects will include Schools and Commercial buildings and will involve refurbishment, new build, fitout and demolition
CDM Coordinators will need to come from a professional background which can be Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or Architectural. They must however already be in a CDM Coordinator capacity and be aware of how the design process works.
The successful CDM Coordinator will need some management experience as they will be managing a small team. This type of experience is not essential
The successful candidate must come from a construction background with excellent client facing skills
