Main responsibilities and Qualifications include: *Preferably Honours Degree Qualified in Civil Engineering but would consider HND or HNC with relevant experience. Professional Qualification's or working towards a Professional Qualification would be beneficial. *Design & Manage the Design of multi-disciplinary Wind Farm & Development Site Infrastructure Projects. *Supervise and manage the financial performance & delivery of multi-disciplinary wind farm & development infrastructure projects. *Ensure that training,learning & development objectives of team staff is met and assist with the mentoring of team staff where appropriate. *Develop and manage new and existing client relationships ensuring a high standard of technical and financial delivery. *Assist in the preparation / presentation of proposals / bid documentation including estimating time-scales & costs to further develop the Wind Farm Infrastructure Business. Experience required: Experience within the design and design management of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects. Previous experience of developer client, leading multi-disciplinary teams, general project management, coupled with good communication skills is a must. Idelly you will have 5+ years experience. | ||
