| An exciting new position has arisen for a Senior Civil Engineer to secure a permanent role in the newly established Romanian office of a leading Irish engineering consultancy. This company is very well established in the Irish market, they enjoy an excellent reputation for project delivery and cover civil/structural and project management. Their multidisciplinary capacity allows for the flexibility to offer a full range of expertise on complex projects. This is an excellent position for an ambitious engineer to fast track their career and drive the company's interests in a new region, prospective candidates will work closely with the Director in Ireland to establish the new office and secure projects, this role would suit a Senior Civil Engineer who has strong links to the Romanian market place. Experience / Qualifications: *Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field required. *Prospective candidates should have extensive Civil engineering experience and the ability to lead a team of engineers and technicians. *Candidates should also be fluent in Romanian and ideally have strong experience in the Romanian market. *This position will involve working in collaboration with the Business Development Manager in the office to source and develop new business, the role will include building a team of individuals that can assist you in completing this work. *Ideally 5+ Years experience working within a Consulting Engineering firm require as well as Fluent English *Strong design experience is required as you will be working on Commercial, Residential or Industrial projects. *This position is very hands on and your role will include both design and development work.
