Job Description:
An innovative, reputable and established Interior Design & Architectural practice based in Cambridge, UK is seeking a Part III Architect required to assist in driving its expanding Architectural Design and Build division.

The practice has built a superb client list and through its interior work has been gaining an increasing portfolio in Architectural projects. With a high quality design standard the practice is seeking a like minded individual who can contribute positively over the long term with its continued growth.

You will have an established and proven track record in design, working in commercial and residential sectors with the experience of taking projects from inception through to completion. You will be a part III qualified Architect and possess a strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning laws.

The projects involve interior and exterior designs in commercial and residential sectors.

Requirements:

*Relevant Architectural Degree, with Part III qualification
*Experience in Interior and Exterior Architecture, working in both commercial and Residential sectors
*High design capability and an innovative approach along with solid technical skills
*Strong skills and a proven track record in leading projects from inception through to completion
*A thorough understanding of UK building regulations and Planning law
