| ASSISTANT/QUANTITY SURVEYOR - LONDON/DOCKLANDS - £30-50K (DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE) Over recent years my client has built or refurbished some of the most desirable properties in London and the South. Be they offices, apartments, houses or even mansions they relish the challenge each presents. Built in prestigious or up and coming areas in, or convenient to Central London their properties are characterised by spacious dimensions, luxury fittings and well thought out interiors. As well as a perfect living environment their homes also provide excellent streams of income for investors. We continue to build on our success in this highly demanding sector by offering a five star service which can be tailor made to the needs of every client. They also provide advice on suitable schemes and design, conducting feasibility studies and market research. Apply for and progress the planning consent process, undertake development construction and provide their own Sales & Marketing advertising. ASSISTANT/QUANTITY SURVEYOR - LONDON/DOCKLANDS - £30-50K (DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE) My Client requires an Experienced Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to help progress their "Landmark" project in Canary Wharf, London: Rising above Canary Wharf these stunning skyscrapers are ideally located to appeal to the areas burgeoning work force. A city within a city The Landmark will feature cafes, restaurants, shops and a piazza, as well as a selection of 644 luxury apartments. The successful candidate will be "fresh faced" - able to learn and mould their previous knowledge and experience to the task in hand, smart, enthusiastic and willing to "muck-in" with their colleagues to get the job done. They will preferably have a background in social housing, however this is not essential. In return my client offers a professional yet friendly, family atmosphere with a very low turnover in staff that is tantamount to their commitment to their employees needs. The nature of their projects are such that they will keep you interested and challenged for many years to come and with an overseas division there is also scope for travel abroad for certain sites.
