Responsibilities:

• Liaise and with the Client to prepare project programme and budget, develop new and existing client relationships.
• Design & Manage Wind Farm & Infrastructure Site Projects.
• Manage the project programme to ensure the works are progressed on schedule
• Supervise and manage staff ensuring all training and development objectives are met.
• Monitor all important stages of construction activity and ensure works are carried out to the required standard
• Liaise with the Local Authority in order to negotiate the upgrade of public road and compliance with planning conditions
• Assist in estimating and the preparation of proposals, communicate with Project Sponsors, Financial Advisors and Legal Advisors to bring project to financial close

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering would be ideally or equivalent qualification.
• Proven ability to manage large construction contracts on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with business development.
• Previous experience working on infrastructure and wind farm projects.
•  Experience dealing with UK legislation and Environmental agencies.
