The Role - Senior Facilities engineer As a proven senior facilities engineer you will have a track record working on complex major Building Services Projects. You will possess a proven background working on asset surveys, condition reports, agreeing costs and budgets, feasibility studies and pre tendor design with Hevacomp Software. You will have the drive and confidence to work in a professional office based team. To join this company as a senior facilities engineer, you will need to be results driven and someone who is able to work at a fast pace in a team with energy and focus. You will have previously worked as a facilities engineer on a similar value project or now be looking to progress onto large more prestigious work.
