Job Description:
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - NORTH LONDON - £50-55K + PACKAGE

The vast majority of my client's work is in the public sector. It involves estate regeneration, major and minor refurbishments, alterations and adaptations to existing buildings and maintenance to a range of properties. More recently it has embraced new build projects, particularly in the education sector.

They have the capacity to undertake multi-million pound regeneration projects and new build schools, as well as smaller projects with a quick turnaround.

The majority of their work is for local authorities, RSLs, NHS trusts and other public bodies. They are on the Constructionline UK Register of prequalified construction services and also Sinclair Accredited Databases. Typically their work is in social housing, educational establishments, hospitals, public and listed buildings. A particular specialisation is working in homes, schools and public buildings, which remain in occupation for the duration of the works.

Since trading started in the late 70's, they have developed an enviable client list of public sector organisations and more than 70% of their work is repeat business, secured through long-standing arrangements and, more recently, partnered through framework arrangements.
