| Housing Officer - Social Housing - South London (Part-time) Housing Officer - Social Housing - South London (Part-time) A small RSL in South West London requires an experienced housing officer on part time (2-3 days per week) to assist the Estate Manager with rent, ASB tenant liaison... As the successful candidate, you be responsible for looking after 400 properties. The main focus is rent arrears, letter writing, anti-social behaviour however good all round skills are also required i.e. being able to carry out estate inspections, delivering a high level of customer service and keeping up to date with health and safety.
