| Construction Contracts Manager. Birmingham. £50,000 - £55,000 + £5,000 Car + Bonus + Benefits My client is a regional construction company offering a unique customer focused service with a reputation for high quality and professionalism. Established in the early 1980's, they have built up a dedicated team of highly qualified and motivated specialists who operate in all major sectors of the industry including: Education, Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Leisure and Industrial. They are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to work from their Birmingham Office on a range of new up and coming contracts in the value range of £1 million - £8 million You will initially be responsible for up to seven projects valued up to £8m consisting of industrial, refurb or new build schemes in the Midlands area. Reporting to the Board, you will ensure a timely and budgetary completion of your projects from conception through to completion, often consisting of Fastrack projects. Ideally educated to degree level in a Construction-related subject, you will have a wealth of experience in managing multi-projects in the retail or industrial sectors. Already working for a similar sized contractor, you will be at ease with working under pressure to tight deadlines and be a natural leader to those around you.
