| Construction Site Manager. Bristol. £35k - £40k + Benefits + Bonus + car Our client is a national contractor specialising in retail construction n projects up to £3 million. With a strong track record in refurbishments of high-street banks across the region, they are looking to strengthen their established team in Bristol with a focused and experienced Site Manager. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the overseeing and Sub contracting of your site as well as the client / architect / engineer liaisons and meetings on any one of their up and coning prestigious refurb sites. You will report to the Contracts Manager. As the successful candidate, you will have a Construction based qualification and ideally already be working for a large Building Contractor in a similar role. You will be an excellent leader and motivator, and have a proven track record in meeting deadlines and budgets.
