	Senior Construction Manager C.London up to £80k plus package U8544 High Rise Towers!! Work on one of the most prestigious schems in the City of London!!! You will be working for one of the largest construction services groups in Europe on one of the most prestigious schemes in the City of London. Working for a vey reputable developer our client is currently in the pre construction phase of building a 46 storey, steel-framed tower , occupying a foot-print of just 2,000 square meters and offers a significant challenge with its top -down construction techniques. The Individual will be an excellent communicator and able to make critical on-the-spot decisions that ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the project. The person will also be pivotal in maintaining liaison with the corporation of London, Transport for London, City Police and Building Control amongst others. Ideally form a trade background the person will take full responsibility for ensuring that the highest quality product is delivered on time and first time. They will be involved in early reviews of the proposed methodology and work with your colleagues to ensure that the safest scheem is chosen.
