| Design and Build Manager Eseex Up to 75k Plus package U2845 Design & Build Manager Needed to start in exceptional Essex Construction Company! For the right candidate a dream role awaits - the Design Manager for an established, successful, £75 million regional company with a firm grasp on the future! They have negotiated all work for 2008 and most of 2009!! I'll be honest - this need is now becoming fairly urgent, I had a meeting with the pre-construction manager, Clive, this Monday asking me to stoke the fire! In my experience, this time of year it is sometimes hard to consider changing jobs BUT this is an incredible opportunity - and that must be the focus here! These are the variety of sectors you will be working on: Commercial New Build Residential (for Main Contractor / RC Frame etc) Retail Industrial Prestigious - recently completed a £15 million project for Roman Ibramovic, for example!
