| Senior Quantity Surveyor up to £65k + package N7332 We are currently seeking a Senior QS to oversee all contract / subcontract documentation and client contract liaison on multi million pound projects in London and the surrounding area. Projects cover the Education, Health, Social Housing and Property Development sectors. The main areas of responsibility are: - Liaise on all contractual matters and seek to avoid and resolve contractual disputes with the Client - Ensure Company is complying with Building form of contract - Investigate and prepare Extension of Time, Variation and Loss and Expense claims to the Client - Evaluate variations to contract, ensuring cost recovery is maximised, and prepare final accounts - Ensure cost control of the contract through forecasting/cost reconciliation, reporting any anomalies to the Project Director - Produce sub-contract documentation, prepare/help subcontract administration evaluate sub-contractors claims and agree variations - Assist in the preparation of collateral warranties/performance bonds and guarantees (in liaison with the Legal Department) Please email nick.smith@oneillandbrennan.com | ||
