	Contracts Manager London up to 75k + package NB0187 Rapidly expanding, an investor in their staff, a strong work-life balance and one of the best staff retention rates within the UK fit-out area. The client is working on a varied portfolio of fit-out projects, ranging in value from £1 million to £10 million for the likes of Morgan Stanley, hotel groups and commercial spaces as well as high spec bespoke fit-out projects. Due to their continued growth, they are seeking a Contracts Manager to work underneath the Operations Director, with 3 Project Managers reporting into them. Projects are typically fast-track, London based and average about £3million apiece in value. Candidates need to have a strong construction management background, gained either within Fit-out, Refurbishment or New Build. They must be personable and quality focused.
