| Senior Project Manager C. London £65k + PackageNB2235 Required for the leading commercial fast-track fit out company in the market. This role is responsible for the delivery of three projects at any one time, all worth upwards of £1million in value. Responsibilities of the role include; - All client level contact and liaison on projects managed - Commercial management of projects including overseeing commercial administrators, liaising with client's representative and co-ordinating the completion of final accounts and procurement actions - Management of all Site Managers and Foreman in order to ensure that projects are delivered to time and budget. They have a very strong bank of Site Managers within this organisation which makes this management part of the role very easy. This company has been growing organically for the last few years, with consistent year on year improvement in figures due to repeat business and negotiated work, they do not have to aggressively tender for anything. This is a new role due to the larger projects that they are now tendering for, people tend to stay within this company for a long time because they treat their staff as individuals, are supportive in their approach and always seek to actively promote from within.
