| Site Manager hertfordshire up to £55k plus package ref U2254 I have a national main contractor looking to recruit a Site Manager who is able to be self motivated, ambitious and have a passion for their work. The contractors Building Division is now the largest of their Operating Divisions, undertaking over half of their overall annual turnover. They have developed a first class reputation for the delivery of demanding, high quality projects, often to fast track programmes. Besides having a thriving stand alone business, the Building Division often joins forces with the other Divisions, particularly Civil Engineering and Rail, to form integrated project teams, with specialist expertise, where there is a multi disciplined requirement. They have a new division being set up to cover major projects, who's remit will cover the whole of the UK. The new team will be based in the midlands, but production staff will be site based, so any applicants must be willing to travel! This is an exciting new time within the business where the prospect of many high level quality projects in one place. A fantastic opportunity for those who are ambitious and looking to progress further within their career! Working within the sectors of: * Industrial * Education * Health * Retail & Leisure * Offices The ideal candidate will be self motivated, have a passion for their work and be looking for long term development within a company. You would need to be able to demonstrate a successful completion of projects, across any of the above sectors, preferably ranging from values of £5 million upwards.
