	Senior Quantity Surveyor - 55-60k plus car & package The Client With a turnover of over 500m and a wide variety of contracts split into various divisions from new build to fit out, my client are a force to be reckoned with in the London market. Annual growth is at a steady 10% and with a overflowing portfolio of prestigious projects and repeat business at over 65%, the future looks very secure indeed. They require a Senior Surveyor to oversee the refurb division of their business overseeing four to five projects with an average vale of £30mil. You will be reporting into the Divisional Commercial Manager and will have full autonomy in regard to spending time on your various sites and having a presence in the office when required. You will be heading up a series of prestigious, high calibre contracts with various commercial staff reporting directly into you.
