Associate / Senior level CDM-Coordinator.

Our Client require an Associate / Senior level CDM Co-ordinator for their Manchester office.

Project values: £100k- £200m
They are looking to recruit a enthusiastic, self-motivated and dedicated Health & Safety Consultant / CDM Co-ordinator to join our Health & Safety division. Based in Manchester, you will be responsible for a both existing and the development of new client contracts. Travelling will be involved, principally within the North of England but occasionally nationally in the UK. You will be working across all sectors, main projects are currently commercial developments, public new build, residential development, stadia, and hotel fit out schemes. Project values are £100k -£200m.

The role will involve working with both existing and new client contracts, CDM Co-ordinator duties, reviewing contractors Health & Safety on site and raising awareness of Health & Safety in general.
There is a great deal of interface with clients, contractors and our own project managers and professional employees.
This role will suit a self-motivated person, and team player who is seeking a new and exciting challenge.

Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate must have construction or design consultancy experience, as a minimum be NEBOSH qualified to Construction Certificate level, a member of IOSH / IIRSM and the APS and have a thorough knowledge of the application of the CDM Regulations.
They will have a proven track record in providing practical and effective advice to a range of clients in a number of commercial and public sectors and developing new business opportunities.
They must have a demonstrable track record with minimum of 2-5 years experience as a CDM Co-ordinator and within construction health and safety management.
They should hold a full driving licence and be IT literate.
As the majority of your time will be spent unsupervised, they must be self sufficient, and resourceful, with excellent man management and time management skills.
