Our client, who specialise in New Build Social Housing projects currently has a vacancy for a Site Manager to be based on site in South East London managing a medium sized project of 8x 2 bedroom apartments.

As an experienced Site Manager, it is essential you have experience in working on Timber Frame structures and have good leadership skills, managing subcontractors on site. You will be working closely with the Local Housing Associations and attending weekly progress meetings.

To apply for this position you will have a valid Health & Safety and First Aid Certificate.
Work on site is due to commence soon and therefore they are looking to interview very quickly.
