Our client, a professional construction and project management company working in partnership with some of Europe's most prestigious blue chip companies operating in the retail, leisure, residential and mixed use sectors currently requires a senior quantity surveyor. You will be based in their Kent office one or two days a week and work on site or from home for the other days.

With dedicated, intelligent management of the development process from project inception through the design, procurement, construction and refurbishmentof asset's our client has a track record of successfully delivering major schemes on budget and on time ranging in value from £50,000 to over £75m.

As the senior quantity surveyor you will work and liaise directly with retail, residential and leisure clients such as Crest Nicholson, IKEA, John Lewis, Waitrose and Whitbread on multi million pound projects.

Although working from their office in Kent you will have the flexibility to work remotely and will need to be on site regularly so will not be bound to the office.

Our client is a highly successful organisation with a dedicated, highly motivated team who enjoy working with the high profile and varied project portfolio. You will therefore be a committed quantity surveyor with the desire to deliver a leading service on their behalf.

You will have a proven quantity surveying background ideally in a consulting environment, be chartered either RICS or MCIOB and be looking to move out of the constraints of a large corporate environment.

The salary package is dependent on experience and level but will be somewhere in the range of £40000 to £70000 plus bonuses.
