Senior Project Manager - Major Commercial Development Dubai

Our client, an International Property and Management Consultancy, currently requires a senior project manager to work on a major commercial development in Dubai.

The project, valued at £130m, is commercial shell and core with a limited amount of retail, is high rise and has just started on site with enabling works.

This is a prestigious development. The client is a high profile Middle Eastern developer, the contractor is one of the top 5 in Dubai and the architect is world renowned.

You will be an experienced project manager, ideally with Middle Eastern experience, and will have a proven track record of managing major commercial or mixed use schemes succesfully.

You will have a recognised degree in either quantity surveying, architecture or engineering and be professionally qualified MRICS, MCIOB or APM.

An experienced project manager you must be confident presenting at board room level, be pro active and resourceful. This is a project in need of a highly able and confident project manager.

In return our client is prepared to pay a salary equivalent to £100,000 (60,000 AED / month) plus for the right individual including accommodation. Relocation packages are available potentially for the right individual as well.
