Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a leading International Property Consultant, currently requires a senior quantity surveyor in Cambridge to provide a comprehensive cost management service on a range of high profile projects from their office in Cambridge.

As senior quantity surveyor you will be responsible for managing and delivering high quality projects within the existing portfolio, manage and co-ordinate the workload of graduate and project surveyors within the team, assist in the preparation of tender submissions/fee proposals and attend interviews as required.

Your reporting line will be directly to the team Partner on project status.

The market sectors our client currently works in are education, commercial and retail and key clients include UEA, Peterborough schools, Cambridge College, Stansted Airport, M&S and Primark stores.

An experienced quantity surveyor you will have extensive post qualification experience within a cost management consultancy. You will be experienced in all aspects of acting in the capacity of quantity surveyor and employer's agent from project initiation/start up to project completion and handover.
