M&E Quantity Surveyor Norwich

Our client, a leading International Property Consultant, currently requires an M&E Quantity Surveyor in Norwich to provide building services cost management on a range of high profile projects.

Working across varying markets from commercial, retail, education, housing and health you will carry out pre and post contract cost management on a variety of projects from feasibility stage to final account completion as well as carrying out cost planning, value engineering, option analysis, procurement advice, preparation of tender documentation, returned tender analysis and contractor selection.

Post contract duties include valuations, cost report management, change management, and final account agreement.

As an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor you will assist in the training, mentoring and development of more junior members of staff as well as recognizing potential new business opportunities in the area.

East Anglia is a huge growth area for our client and the M&E team truly capitalise on the existing relationships of the existing cost and project management teams in the Norwich office.Existing clients include the likes of British Land, Hammerson, Land Securities, Credit Suisse, Cambridge University and Norwich City Football Club.

Chartered, either MRICS OR CIBSE, you will have a proven track record as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within a consulting environment although candidates from a contracting background will be considered.
