	Job Description:



	Our client is looking to appoint a Landscape Design Manager to manage and deliver all landscape design services for large scale commercial construction projects in London. You will be required to manage the performance of the landscape design consultants to contract scope, cost, schedule and the objectives of all projects. Consideration must be given to the need and process for additional designer appointment and the strategy for managing additional design interfaces. Essentially you will maximise the quality and value whilst minimising the risk profile for the projects. Third Party design service provision will also be effectively managed if required. You must possess substantial experience managing or designing and implementing landscape projects, preferably in the UK. The majority of this experience should be in a project or design manager role. It is essential that you can demonstrate experience planning and designing total landscape packages, including both hard and soft features, ideally for public parks and open spaces. An organised and methodical approach accompanied by your articulate written and spoken English capabilities is required. You must be passionate, motivated and forward thinking to develop your team to meet targets. The position is by no means limited to the description provided and you must be flexible in the delivery of desired outcomes. Salary and package will be commensurate with experience.
