A leading UK based architectural and building consultancy practice is currently seeking a senior project manager with health sector experience for its prestigious West London office.

Through their offices across Southern England our client offers project management, architectural and design services, building surveying, employers agent and cost consultancy advice to the residential, healthcare, education and commercial sectors.

Their project management team is highly skilled consistently delivering schemes which meet the aspirations of all the parties involved.

They have a wealth of experience in the health sector and due to continued growth they currently require a senior project manager with in-depth knowledge of funding, legal and planning issues, the various procurement methods and a proven track record of project managing major ventures from inception to completion in healthcare.Key projects you will be involved with include PFI/PPP key worker residential developments, PFI and LIFT schemes, research and development units, primary and acute new build and refurbishment schemes for the public and private sectors.

Our client is also fully committed to sustainable development so some experience of sustainability issues and environmental legislation would be beneficial.
