Due to continued growth an excellent opportunity exists for an experienced chartered quantity surveyor with a strong consultancy background in their Leicester office.

The successful candidate must have good business development and management skills and be capable of further developing mainstream quantity surveying in the local area.

Candidates should have several years' professional practice commercial experience gained across various sectors, including Offices, Retail, Residential, Education and Health, be self motivated and capable of acting as project leader as well project surveyor. Also important is experience as employer's agent, contract administrator or project manager.
