Senior Cost manager Leeds

Our client, a leading global property consultant, currently requires a senior cost manager with health sector experience in its Leeds office to join an existing team of specialist consultants delivering a variety of projects and offer expert advice on PFI, LIFT and ProCure 21 projects.

Our client is a recognized leader in healthcare providing project management, cost management, health planning and business case development services to government agencies, NHS Trusts, consortia, contractors and funders.

You will use your experience in this market to advise clients, consultants and contractors with involvement of projects from inception to completion, handover and post project evaluation.

You will have strong knowledge of working within PFI, LIFT and ProCure 21 in acute, primary, community care or mental health and be familiar with the design and procurement processes.

When required you will take the lead role in liaising with the client across all project stages and support the cost managers and assistant cost managers in their delivery.

Although likely to be working as a cost manager for a consultancy at present applicants are invited from industry professionals with firsthand experience from a client's perspective.
