Due to the continued success of the monitoring team our client, a leading International Property Adviser, currently requires a senior candidate to work on due diligence commissions in London delivering due diligence advice to banks and fund managers.

Our client has a proven track record of delivering technical due diligence and project monitoring services to the financial sector both in the UK and overseas, ensuring practical advice and guidance to establish bank security and to minimize and manage risk throughout the development, giving clients the protection necessary when making any property funding or investment decision.

Your role will be to determine the nature and extent of the technical risks inherent within a project and focus on the analysis of all design, construction, operational issues and related commercial risks on behalf of the funders which could lead to an increase in the total financing requirements for the whole life of the project, jeopardise the overall revenue potential of the project, cause delay to the commencement of the revenue stream or reduce the value of the overall asset.

You will have solid construction consultancy knowledge across a range of sectors, namely cost management, building surveying or project management and be chartered either RICS,CIOB or APM. Knowledge of contract types and procurement processes is important as are excellent interpersonal skills capable of forming relationships with developers and professional team members as well as development lenders and funders.
