	Our client is a nationwide Construction and Property Consultancy who offers a versatile and comprehensive portfolio of services to both Clients and Contractors alike. Established 1989 the practice has developed and grown from strength to strength and as part of this growth they are now looking to appoint a Senior CDM Coordinator / Team Leader for their offices south of Croydon. As a Senior CDM Coordinator / Team Leader you will be expected to possess a high level of knowledge of CDM having gained considerable experience during previous work experience within the construction industry. In addition to being fully conversant with the CDM Regulations you will have good knowledge of all other key Health & Safety Legislation and be capable of implementing the various workplace risk assessments and audits. Furthermore you will be client facing and capable of building and maintaining a flexible team, ensuring a quality service is provided to meet the Clients brief. Ideally you will have attained a recognised degree in the construction industry, be a member of the APS or another professional institute and have a good level of Planning Supervision experience.
