| Our client, one of the largest property and construction companies with offices throughout Europe, is actively looking to appoint a Senior / Associate Health & Safety CDM Coordinator for their offices in Manchester. Working within their Health & Safety division you will be responsible for a both existing and the development of new client contracts. Traveling will be involved, principally within the North of England but occasionally nationally in the UK. You will be working across all sectors, with their main projects being commercial developments, public new build, residential development, and hotel fit out schemes. Project values: £100k- £200m. The role will involve working with both existing and new client contracts, CDM Co-ordinator duties, reviewing contractors Health & Safety on site and raising awareness of Health & Safety in general.
