	Our client, one of the largest Global Consultancy firms is actively looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor for their Central London office. Responsibilities: To provide high quality advice across the full range of professional building surveying services including dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, DDA etc Plan, programme and implement property refurbishment and repair contracts Control consultants, contracts, and contractors involved in client projects Monitor projects on behalf of the client liaising with consultants and contractors as required Market and develop the building surveying services offered to both new and existing clients Work within a team environment in which everyone is committed in producing a quality outcome Liaise with other surveyors to ensure efficient financial control resulting in a cost effective service Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner Meeting and corresponding with clients, forming strong working relationships in true partnership To ensure that senior management have qualified information on the progress of each appointment on a regular basis You will have a minimum of 2 years post Chartered experience within a Building Surveying role and will have experienced all aspects of Building Surveying from project initiation/start up to project completion and handover.
