Michael Dyson Associates are multi-disciplinary consultants with a social housing client base employing around 70 personnel contributing to commissions located throughout the UK with our Head Office based in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire.

Our work includes feasibility studies, risk analysis, best value and partnering, procurement, cost management, contract administration, structural engineering, architectural design, building and quantity surveying, value and project management applied to housing projects involving repair, regeneration and new build.

We recognise that our staff are its greatest asset, and are committed to investing in people to ensure staff are able to utilise their skills to their maximum potential in furtherance of the objectives of the Company. We therefore place appropriate emphasis on training, taking care that this is of appropriate quality and directly relevant to the staff and their roles within the Company.
