APS Recruitment is an independent, privately run, recruitment business formed in Cambridge in 2001 dealing with consultancy and construction professionals and the ever moving and demanding labour hire market.  We represent both leading international & local consultancies, end users, developers, contractors and builders. We opened our London office in 2005 with a prime location in the heart of the Square Mile.

With an established client base our focus is to continue to provide the highest caliber of candidate to meet our client's immediate and future needs with the least consumption of their time and effort. This is achieved by working on behalf of candidates to find the exact requirements of each individual candidate and a face to face meeting to discuss clients that may fit their hopes and desires for a prosperous career path. This is achieved by every consultant within APS having specialist knowledge about their market area and having a solid working relationship with their client.

As a small company APS can focus on the individual to guide them through the whole process from receipt of CV or initial contact with APS to job offer and satisfaction in their new role. By working closely with our candidates we are able to provide our clients with peace of mind in the screening process.

We represent graduates through to director and partners in the Technical division and both skilled and unskilled workers within our Labour Hire division.
