GPRS (Giraffe Permanent Recruiment Specialists Ltd) is a co-operative of highly skilled and experienced specialist recruitment professionals, working in synergy to offer incomparable service and delivery.

Each of Giraffe's Market Sector Specialists have formerly occupied senior positions in large international recruitment businesses or Human Resource roles within Blue-chip corporations.

Each of our Market Sector Specialists works closely with candidates, building strong relationships to encourage referals.

Recommended candidates are not sought solely from the same sector. Giraffe operates a unique 'banking' system, (this also applies to recruitment assignment 'leads').

This new system breaks the mould within recruitment, and creates a non-political and fair remuneration structure within our business. This allows us to focus on delivering the 'best-fit' candidate for each assignment.

Giraffe engenders an ethos and environment within which the enjoyment of our profession is of greater importance than obligation to a corporate entity and it's inevitable restrictions.

We recognise our strengths, and play to them. Therefore we don't undertake temporary, contract, or interim assignments.

The GPRS objective is to find our Candidates' the most suitable opportunity available.

On registration and receipt of CV, we will dedicate one of our market Sector Specialists to finding the right permanent position for you.

Your Market Sector Specialist will spend time with you to understand your requirements and identify how your key strengths and experience can be maximised and presented to a potential employer.

Whereas some recruitment agencies may rewrite, we believe that potential employers prefer to see the Candidates' CV in full. Advice on CV writing and presentation, interviews skills and other related employment training will be offered as required and where appropriate we provide the employer with bespoke assessment information to demonstrate and support the Candidates' compatibility for the job.

Prior to interview we will offer guidance on interview techniques, and ensure that the Candidate is fully briefed on the job specification, company profile and interview location.
