 A major global consultancy currently has a requirement for a Senior Project Planner to join their Central London based team. This requirement is due to an increase in workload combined with their exciting appointment on the design framework for a recently confirmed major rail/infrastructure scheme.With a reputation around the world for engineering excellence and as a leading project management firm, our client can offer excellent career progression and the opportunity to work on some of the largest infrastructure projects in the UK.Due to continued growth, our client currently has a requirement for either an Intermediate or Senior Project Planner to join their major projects division at Moorgate, Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on the early stages of a major infrastructure scheme, as well as on various rail refurbishment, signalling and track schemes across the Capital. Duties will include creating fully cost and resource-loads project programmes, monitoring/updating progress, critical path analysis, earned value analysis, etc.In order to be considered for this opportunity you should have the following:- At least 5 years planning/project controls experience on rail-associated projects.- Proficient with Primavera P6 software.- Earned value analysis experience.- A relevant engineering degree would be a distinct advantage.- Flexible to travel around M25.- Client-facing personality (i.e. good communication and presentation skills).- Eligible to work in the UK.In return you will be paid a competitive salary of up between £45-50,000 per annum dependent upon experience plus pension, bupa, etc.Apply now for immediate consideration.Services advertised by Project Resource Ltd are those of an employment business and/or agency.
