 Senior Quantity SurveyorLondon (City)Up to £65,000 per annum plus Car, Health and PensionMy client, an ambitious and forward-thinking consultancy, is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Central London. You would be joining an ambitious and forward-thinking business that invests in its employees and has won various awards for this in the past. My client has the feel of a medium sized consultancy but regularly punches above their weight to win prestigious projects from larger competitors. The successful candidate will be required to work on a £100m educational scheme, the role will be primarily office based in London, with occasional trips to Ireland (project location.) The candidate will be a strong leader and will be required to manage a team. The successful candidate will be familiar with public sector procurement and have previous experience managing major projects. Requirements:"Have experience working on major education projects."Have at least 8 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy."Must be degree Qualified in a relevant subject and preferably be MRICS."Must have experience managing a team."Public Sector Procurement experience."Must be available to travel."Client Facing and ambitious.
