 Our client, a leading Main Contractor, has the opportunity for a Senior Site Manager in it's Interior/Fitout wing. The candidate must have experience as No 1 on site and be accustomed to running fitout jobs from £1-5million in value. Applicants must have experience in a Site management position on Fitout jobs in excess of £1million.Applicants must also be experienced running jobs involving Cat A & Cat B fitout.Must have Interiors project experience fitting out offices to high standards for a range of different clients.Must be a Client Facing individual. The succesfull candidate will be presented with the opportunity of being number 1 or 2 on a project, depending on the project size. Apllicants must possess SMSTS and First Aid accreditation's and be highly motivated, experienced in the sector and prepared to run a team of workers and Subcontractors.
