 Multi Skilled EngineerOur clients are nationally recognised FM Contractors providing Total Services to customers across the UK. Offering career enhancing opportunities, continuous professional development and industry competitive remuneration packages, they are looking for time-served Building Services Engineers with proven commercial maintenance experience to join their Hard FM teams.ROLE*Responsible for HVAC, Electrical and plant servicing.*Respond to all reactive emergency works as required by the Helpdesk.*Document all quotes for specialist works, including materials / tradesmen required.*Supervise and monitor all subcontractors on site, including labour hours and H&S issues.*Arrange site visits to follow up completed works, maintaining good relationships with customers.*Regular contact with the Contracts Manager to report on all works in progress, detailing any complications and delays.CANDIDATE*Previous experience in a Building Services role, preferably at supervisory level.*Relevant Mechanical / Electrical Engineering qualifications (C&G / NVQ minimum).*L8 certificate desirable.*Excellent communication skills.*Computer literate.SALARY*Negotiable, dependant upon experience
