 Senior Quantity Surveyor - Building Maintenance/FM - BirminghamWe are currently recruiting for a national property services company, which has secured a size able new contract and are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in their Midlands office. Responsibilities:Reporting into the Regional Director, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for commercial management of contracts within a designated account, whilst managing other Quantity Surveyors and maintaining contract profitability.Remuneration:-Up to £42,000 per annum-Company Car-Fuel Card-Pension & Medical-Laptop & Mobile PhoneRequirements:- Minimum of 10 years experience in Quantity Surveying.- Contracting background preferred.-Experience within Building Maintenance / FM sector essential.-Understanding of NEC3 form of contract.-Previous use of Nation Schedule of Rates (NSR).-Flexibility to travel within the role is essential.-Educated to a high standard - Degree preferred.-A driving licence is essential.This is an outstanding opportunity to join an expanding company with a secure workload for 2012/13.
